A couple of years after releasing the first version of TutoTutoriales.com, I decided to create a second version that would have a more streamlined design and feature set.
This remastered version was developed from scratch, and it followed the same spirit as the previous version, but this time I actually wrote some of the tutorials myself. For example, there was one about how to create a robot with Arduino, multiple ones about programming and Photoshop...
In this occasion, and for the first time, I used CSS and jQuery. Of course, I had already used styles before, but this was the first time when the way everything would look and be positioned was dictated entirely by my custom stylesheet files, meaning that content and style were entirely decoupled (this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it might be the first time when I did things in a somewhat "proper" way, finally getting rid of tables, etc).
I was quite proud of the final result, but the website eventually started to need fixes and more content, and I didn't really have enough time to work on it. Besides, even though it attracted some visitors, it was never as successful as I would have liked, so I eventually decided to shut it down.
